Ohio Center for Broadcasting - Colorado Campus
For more than 25 years, the Ohio Center for Broadcasting has trained students in a wide range of skills applicable to the broadcasting industry using fully-equipped radio and TV studios. All instructors are professionals in the broadcasting industry, including local on-air radio and TV personalities. Students are trained in all aspects of broadcasting, qualifying them for entry-level positions in a wide variety of media-related careers.
The Ohio Center for Broadcasting’s Programs (Radio & Television Broadcasting, and Hispanic Media Broadcasting) are accredited by the Accredited Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC), based in Washington, D.C. The School is approved by the Colorado Department of Education, and is a member of prestigious organizations such as the National Association of Broadcasters, and Colorado Broadcasters Association.
International students may apply for programs taught in either English or Spanish, depending on their preference and/or level of fluency as determined by standardized tests.
Délanny Zúñiga Cortés Délanny Zúñiga Cortés is from Costa Rica and is loving life in the United States. “The best part about living in Colorado is that I get to meet new people and have good opportunities.” Délanny is expected to graduate in October 2012. Her dream job is to become a famous journalist and she’s working towards that dream by furthering her broadcasting education and getting additional experience. She’s currently interning at Univision and works with the news assignment editor. You can also listen to her show, La tica y el mex, on Ohio Center for Broadcasting’s Studio O at 2 p.m. (MST) on Tuesdays.

Andrew Paul Kizito Paul Kizito Andrew Paul Kizito is enjoying the move to the United States and says, “the best part about living in Colorado is the beautiful mountain scenery.” When he’s not enjoying the view of the mountains from campus he’s busy getting hands on experience to further his radio and television career. He currently host’s his own live show, “Soul BBQ” on Ohio Center for Broadcasting’s Studio O on Thursdays at 2 p.m. (MST). Andrew is also the producer and host for an online show on blogtalkradio.com and this allows him to work on his audio and video editing skills. With a dream of becoming an executive producer for a TV show, Andrew is maximizing his time and looking forward to graduating in September 2012.
